Initiatives
Education and Youth Development:
- Flip the “one size fits all” educational model: Make knowledge accessible and deeply engaging to a diverse pool of learners by leveraging cutting-edge technologies to transform current passive educational paradigms into deeply engaging processes.
- Make education relevant: Offer practical real-life applications of subject matter that go well beyond the “learning in a vacuum” method characteristic of the Prussian model, thereby creating a strong sense of connectivity and overlap across a range of subjects through the use of role-playing, gamification, and immersive narratives.
- Foster growth mindset and essential life skills: Develop important twenty-first-century skills and cultivate a growth mindset by allowing learners to freely explore, strategize, make autonomous decisions, take risks, overcome obstacles, and expand existing abilities outside the limiting success/failure paradigm.
Culture, History, and Literature:
- Foster knowledge of history, literature, and culture: Promote knowledge of world history, literature, and culture by gamifying—and immersing the global viewer in—selected historical, mythological/folklore, and literary narratives, especially those of lesser-known or underrepresented languages and nation-states.
- Cultivate literacy: Leverage new technology and media to innovate the reader experience, thereby cultivating literacy and love for learning in a digitally dominant era.
- Help revitalize cultural institutions: Digitize cultural heritage material and sites, and develop destination storytelling content in partnership with historical museums and cultural institutions.
